Cyber Security & Responsible Internet Use, KOHAI Career Counselling Assessment and KOHAI Emotional Wellness Programme

1. Cyber Security & Responsible Internet Use

The Cyber Security and Responsible Internet Use session was conducted to create awareness among students regarding safe and ethical use of digital technology. In today's technology-driven world, students are increasingly exposed to online platforms, making it essential for them to understand cyber threats and digital responsibilities.

Key Learning Outcomes

2. KOHAI Career Counselling Assessment

The KOHAI Career Counselling Assessment Programme was conducted to help students explore their interests, aptitudes, strengths, and potential career pathways. The assessment was administered through the KOHAI Career Assessment Platform in the school computer laboratory.

3. KOHAI Emotional Wellness Programme

Recognizing the importance of mental and emotional well-being in student development, the KOHAI Emotional Wellness Programme was conducted to promote self-awareness, emotional resilience, and positive mental health practices.

The session focused on helping students understand emotions, manage stress, develop healthy coping strategies, and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Through interactive activities, reflective exercises, and group discussions, students learned the importance of empathy, self-confidence, emotional regulation, and seeking support when required.
